Submit your project to the Aviva Community Fund

Aviva Community Fund iconThe Aviva Community Fund is now open for submissions for projects that will make a difference to communities.


Projects will be voted on by the public and those that get enough votes and impress the Fund’s judges will be in with a chance of receiving funding.


Aviva Community Fund is looking to fund projects that:


  • will make a positive difference in your community
  • is associated with a community organisation or charity, and will take place in the UK
  • will be completed or well underway before 31 December 2018
  • can ideally be completed with the requested funding alone.


The Fund will finance over 500 projects across four different fund levels and four categories. The categories are:


  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Skills for Life
  • Community Support
  • Inclusivity


Once voting opens on 24 October 2017, groups will be encouraged to share their project with as many friends, family and community supporters as possible to get their votes. The projects with the most votes will become finalists.


Anyone who lives in the UK and registers on the Aviva Community Fund website can vote for projects between 24 October and 21 November. You don’t have to have submitted a project to vote.


You'll get 10 votes which you can use at any time during the voting phase of the competition. You can support as many projects as you like with your votes; you can choose to spread them around or use them all to support one project.


Important dates:


  • 12 September – 10 October Project submissions
  • 24 October – 21 November Public vote
  • 28 November Finalists announced
  • 16 January Winners announced
