News story posted: 10/03/2017

Community councillors are invited to fill in a survey to help researchers at Edinburgh Napier University understand 'whether and how information literacy contributes to community councillors' work.

Peter Cruickshank and Bruce Ryan, of Edinburgh Napier University are carrying out the research. They have undertaken several research projects related to Scottish community councils including digital engagement workshops held across Scotland for community councils and registered tenant organisations, and most recently a project looking at information literacy for democratic engagement. A report from their latest research project can be found here - https://communityknectdotnet.files.wordpress.com/2017/02/il-dem-stakeholder-report-january-2017.pdf.
